Where to Start
OK, you’ve purchased the programme and you’re probably now a bit shell-shocked. There’s so much stuff, where do I start? We’d like to make a suggestion. Well, 2 actually.
- Watch the introductory video here and I’ll run through how to approach the next steps (this is the same video as PLAN)
- Jump to the first section, cunningly called ‘Plan’ so that it can guide you in formulating a plan of campaign
It’s a good idea to just start by just bouncing around the pages of the 8P Process and getting a feel for what’s there. By the time you’re back to this dashboard, you’ll be pretty familiar with the structure. If at any stage you are unsure, just hop on the messaging system (located at the bottom right of the screen) and send one to myself, Andrew Vincent.
